Solid management that does the best it can with what it has. Was always concerned with workplace issues. Business environment is forcing company changes to occur swiftly and without notice. Offshoring of work happening at accelerated pace. Little opportunity for onshore talent. Would rate higher if business and work environment were more stable. Good place overall.

Became the "goto" person in the IT department. Wrote tools that would help the company succeed. Became the Senior IT Director in charge of other Junior to Intermediate programmers. Assisted the programmers and also assigned tasks for the other developers. Made sure that what they worked on, they became the experts of those projects.

Nice place to work, but need more payroll people for the amount of work. Working at Kantar is fun, never boring, always educational. But without a Payroll Manager, it gets a bit frustrating. Allowed to work from home is a great perk, & no one takes advantage of it.
