Manager (Current Employee) –  San Francisco Bay Area, CAMay 18, 2018
Great clients and tam staff. Great product offer. The work life balance can be difficult if you have any life outside of work or a family. The changes are constant which is everywhere but they seem endless.
Pros
great employees that do that the work everyday
Cons
too much management level and not fair growth opps for everyone - I&D?

Good people, challenging business environment
Operations Specialist (Former Employee) –  Naperville, ILAugust 29, 2017
Solid management that does the best it can with what it has. Was always concerned with workplace issues. Business environment is forcing company changes to occur swiftly and without notice. Offshoring of work happening at accelerated pace. Little opportunity for onshore talent. Would rate higher if business and work environment were more stable. Good place overall.
Pros
Flexible work environment with a sympathetic management group towards employees needs.
Cons
Uncertain business environment limits advancement opportunities.

Senior IT Director (Current Employee) –  Boston, MA 02116April 6, 2017
Became the "goto" person in the IT department. Wrote tools that would help the company succeed. Became the Senior IT Director in charge of other Junior to Intermediate programmers. Assisted the programmers and also assigned tasks for the other developers. Made sure that what they worked on, they became the experts of those projects.

Nice place to work
Payroll Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Lisle, ILFebruary 6, 2017
Nice place to work, but need more payroll people for the amount of work. Working at Kantar is fun, never boring, always educational. But without a Payroll Manager, it gets a bit frustrating. Allowed to work from home is a great perk, & no one takes advantage of it.
Pros
Great people
Cons
need more payroll people

Marketing Research Assistant (Former Employee) –  Rossford, OHMay 15, 2015
It was a fun place to work with the riight group of people. The hardest part of the job was being hung up on by consumers before you could even get your name out.
Pros
Free exercise room before or after your shift, company had a benefit plan you ould join, and also paid above minimum wage.
Cons
When scheduled to complete a certain number of surveys we did not take regular breaks, and only half our lunch

Recruiter
Recruiting Business Partner (Current Employee) –  RemoteOctober 6, 2014
My years of experience in executive recruiting both in-house and external has helped me come to the realization that every job search should be treated uniquely and most require a multifaceted approach. I rely on a number of resources and follow a process that has been developed by me over the years including:

Participation in a wide range of social networks, utilization of my personal resume database - developed over the last 10 years and a warm contact list of over 7,000 1st degree LinkedIn professionals.

I have a passion for targeting and sourcing talent from competitors.
