This is a 100+ year old company. It's Austrian-based and very risk averse at the same time that they're chasing big accounts in the US. That makes for what is essentially trying to get your elderly grandmother to run a marathon: there's a lot of resistance even though she really wants to.
This is a company that's growing very fast and not doing an adequate job to adequately staff positions and develop or hire adequate expertise. Most things were done halfway and while crossing one's fingers that it would all turn out okay.
I was also surprised and confused at the lack of understanding and awareness, at the same time that there's not much development or training. There didn't seem to be much investment in improving the staff.

I enjoy working here - very interesting industry. I am working with highly intelligent people who are collaborative and supportive. As with any growing firm, there are challenges, but if you're up for the challenge, this could be the place for you. There are some changes happening, however, they're necessary to support the significant growth that we're experiencing.

Over worked and under paid. They don’t supply the necessary training to help you to be successful in the position that they hired you to do. People barely took a lunch there because of the work load and expectation.
