ITSS (KAR's main IT department in Carmel) is a dead-end proposition. Firings are constantly occurring, no joke. No raises, poor-average culture, no job security. Great candidates come in, stay 1-2 years, and either quit or are fired due to company financial issues.

In Mercer, Pa a free drug test , unless you are Heather, cr writer who has been reported for drug use on property many times, I guess she supplies the managers with their drugs.

They try not to pay you for any time you are not working, Like holidays, the block you from receiving work the day before so they dont have to pay you holiday pay.
