ITSS (KAR's main IT department in Carmel) is a dead-end proposition. Firings are constantly occurring, no joke. No raises, poor-average culture, no job security. Great candidates come in, stay 1-2 years, and either quit or are fired due to company financial issues.

H. R lies to you about pay. Then they expect way too much. The work hours always change on last moment notice, including holidays. Lots of bullying and the feeling of having to keep your mouth shut about the way people are treated. The only thing that is good there are the benefits. Everything else is lies and more lies. Get everything in writing!

The culture is what keeps people there so long. The CEO genuinely cares about all of the employees and makes sure that he shows them!
