They don't seem to care about their employees.

Yes they are a company of almost 40 locations, but they think just cause something works in one location it should work in all. The way they do their inventory ordering makes no sense at all.

Good for nothing sales team.

I was on the delivery team. We were constantly either given not enough information or the completely wrong information by the sales team. Not to mention the sales team would constantly lie to their customers and leave us to try and explain things.

I have been here for 6 years and have got a raise every year. However takes 3+ months to receive a review. Job it self is fine, management can be very disrespectful.

No chance for advancement and terrible management the company cant do anything without 5 guys agreeing so no raises no nothing if you cant get all them to think you are worth it

Karl's is a family operation with about 2 dozen locations in 7 states. The want to provide new markets with their unique brand of customer service lent them to grow too rapidly for the skill sets of the corporate management.

A typical day at work would start off with opening the store and getting ready for deliveries and service appointments as well as customers. I learned a lot about the function of appliances and how to repair them. The manager is an awesome guy and cares about his customers. My co-workers were always amazing to work with. The hardest part of the job was having to deal with upset customers and trying to make them happy again. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting upbeat customers who were amazing to work with.
