Tech company trying to be a construction company

very disorganized. too many people involved in the process. And on top of that they don't know construction or the construction process. Its a growing company and they have a lot of money behind them. They lack experience and it shows greatly. They have terrific benefits and salary is ok but the culture there is supposed to be open communication - more ... and all you hear is just go with it. Nothing gets changed and jobs suffer. The biggest client is also a stock holder and they benefit and that's about it - less
Prosexecellent benifits, travel
Consnon construction professionals involved in the process and screws everything up
