Initially I would fire 100% of the management team, from top to bottom. All Hi Tech and Electronics background, with absolutely no clue about building or construction business. Very heavily micromanaged, and quickly becoming your typical big Corporste America company.

10 hrs a day minimum, and in many cases more than that. They continue to hire people they don't need, and none of what they do.

PTO is relaxed and generous, but keep in mind you are most likely the only one doing what you do, so when you are on your PTO, your email is blowing up, your text are on fire, and your phone is ringing.

The only positive thing that could happen to this company, is the founder and board are all relieved of their positions, senior management included. They will not be profitable, or successful until they make some very drastic changes, cutting all the high tech people, and bringing more building and construction people into the mix. This environment is toxic.
