Initially I would fire 100% of the management team, from top to bottom. All Hi Tech and Electronics background, with absolutely no clue about building or construction business. Very heavily micromanaged, and quickly becoming your typical big Corporste America company.
Hire recruiters that actually have worked in Construction so that they hire people who at one point have actually swung a hammer all upper managment have no relative real life experience
