It could've been better

Its not what I was expecting. Could've been better. The management is biased. They make you do other people's jobs. Stayed late 10/10 times because of poor management.

Fun place to work with not enough staff

Kaufland is a funand easy place to work at. My co workers were alot of fun to be around but there was one Major problem. That problem was that we did not have enough staff so there was alot of work and sometimes we could not finish on time.

great company

A normal day at work would be clocking in, working through tasks until lunch, continue work after lunch until its time to go home. The management is fairly strict since there is no entertainment (radio) allowed in the offices but other then that its a great place to work at.
