Was a very fun place to work with the other employees!!! Some supervisors were very helpful and nice. While others were very prejudiced!!! Upper management knows who and how these supervisors operate and play favoritism to workers of their own kind but, won’t do anything about it!!! I really enjoyed my job there but, some workers dread going into work!!!

It is a good place to be HIRED on at but not through a temp agency if you want benefits, especially to have access to them easily. There are so many ups and downs, but if you go be prepared to want to leave right away or never feel human again.

They treat you horrible , work you till you can’t do anything when you go home, lie to you all the time. They will move you lines randomly and not let you go back but lie and tell you it was only temporary. They do not care about their employees, the supervisors do not care about their job.

I am a former employee of Kawasaki and i was fired for spitting gum into a trash receptacle. This means to me that the management has no respect for their employees. No compassion but they almost expect you to be grateful for the lackluster benefits they provide. When i needed time off one of my supervisors tried to talk me out of using my PTO. During work i started experiencing chest pain and they put me in an ambulance to send me to the ER. When i came back to work the next day i received a point on my attendance for leaving work. I then got a medical bill worth a couple of thousand dollars that they did nothing about and an added bill for the 4 min ambulance ride. If you're looking for a place to work, Kawasaki should be the last resort of only the most desperate because anyone who wears the company provided uniform is nothing to them but a number that keeps the machines going to push out product.
