I used to report for work at 8.00 every morning. We always had a meeting on which every member was to contribute on any idea to run the affairs of the branch. after that, we all went back to our desks and prepare for customers to come in for the day. My time at KCB I learned alot, starting from presentation skills, selling, customer management, negotiation skills, bank operations and many more. We had a great work environment facilitated by the co-workers. The most hardest part of my job was selling mbenki accounts because we were in an area where the number of people using mobile phones was small and illiterate but we always managed to be top in selling the product. I enjoyed educational trips we used to go and the marketing drives we had. It was pure fun and everyone would wish to be part of it.
