Definitely a Great place to work.
CEI Inspector (Current Employee) - Greensboro, NC - November 30, 2023
KCI is a great company to work for. Pay is great and benefits are really good. Have a great Manager that is one of Best Managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for. This is an employee owned company and not only do you get great benefits but you also get stocks shares in the company that’s an extra incentive for the work that you are already doing everyday. The more you work the more money and stocks you can accumulate in the company. Can’t say enough great things about this company!

Dump truck driver (Former Employee) - Denver - November 8, 2023
I really did enjoy my time while at KCI it’s a small company where you really get to know everyone and the work is pretty simple. My. Average day would be driving the truck to the location then hauling on site.

Warehouse and delivery
Service Technician (Former Employee) - Arden, NC - August 13, 2023
Great job other than being on-call. The mixture of warehouse and delivery breaks up the job to prevent to much routine and boredom. Helping others with less fortunate health!

Long hours and no permanent contract after 3 years.
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - San Antonio, TX - September 14, 2022
The pay is decent but the mandatory overtime gets rough. Leadership always has a different answers depending on who you talk to. Constant system issues. All holidays unpaid and no vacation time. Temp employee with contract always being extended at 6 month increments.

most of my department is laid back employees who do their job. most get along. no micromanagement culture. although there is always one bad apple! if it wasn't for that one person this would be much better place.

Great training
Territory Manager (Former Employee) - Los Angeles - April 4, 2022
Great training but on-call weekends can be draining. Clinical support is good and products are as god or better than competitors. Salary commensurate with the competition

Red Flags all over the place
Inbound Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - San Antonio, TX - February 9, 2022
Started working there after being laid off from another company, I was told they were looking to start on Oct 4th and receive a call on Oct 10th at 9pm, that I needed to be connected at 8am on Oct 11th. I was hired through 3rd party, so no benefits from working here, yet micromanaging is a form of living here. No sick time, no pto, no bonuses, nothing. I don't benefit from this at all but I'm being watched like a hawk, even though I'm still literally new with the company. The training was all over the place. Sooo much information in so little time and expected to hit the floor as a complete expert on everything.
