It's a great place to work for the most part. The guys all generally all get along great but I can tell you this, there is no money to be made. You start off at 12 or 13 an hour. You can get a 5 percent raise after 6 months then from there you have to wait 2 years for another 5 percent raise and then another 2 years if I'm remembering correctly. But you pretty much max out at about 15-16. If you want to make more then you go to management which good luck with that. Politics like you'd never believe. If would be a so much better place to work if they just paid more. Simple as that. It's hard to survive making as little as we do.
