A place for professional growth and development
Written by Registered Nurse (RN) (Former Employee) from Los Angeles, CA on May 1, 2018
Typically fast paced everyday which was stimulating
I learned how to relate with people from all walks of life.

The workplace exposed me to a diversified culture.

Hardest part of my job as a Pacu nurse was knowing that patients had complications.

Enjoyed discharging patients who verbalized appreciation of everyone's role in their care.
Pros
Appreciates staff by providing bonus, lunches, adequate compensation/benefits. Provides opportunities for higher learning
Cons
Under staffing; Department management tinted with ambition for promotion
