Total chaos and no accountability

Inconsistency in regards to accountability, staffing, resources, benefits & pay rates.
No onsite support (HR/IT) except in the San Francisco office.
Lacking resources/communication to plan accordingly.
Consistent issues with payroll/accounting leading to delayed paychecks.
Lack of accountability and poor training/onboarding leads to persisting problems.
Disrespected with lack of policy or ability to maintain basic working standards for all employees.
Inconsistencies among offices, SF/ Nashville are beautiful, Buffalo office is less than adequate.
Consistent downplay to a lack of responsiveness. Selective response's on most initiated issues.
The company is all for outsourcing/offshoring any job functions.
Reactive based approach towards resolution.
