Great place to work if you can deal with not so great management

I worked for Keesler for quite a few years. I worked first in a branch which was amazing, the people were great but moving to back office was a bad choice. Back office management was less than satisfactory. I really feel that the management behind the scenes feels less appreciated and therefore seem to be quite unhappy. I think that Keesler really needs - more ... to evaluate their team leads and their management in their back office departments.
