HR person when I worked at the Elkton warehouse was the best I have ever seen. She didn’t let management take advantage of employees and she was always willing to listen to the employees side of the story and not just the management side. Very friendly and really cared about the employees but was also not afraid to confront employees about things when needed. I left the company in January 2016 and I have worked for other companies but I have never seen another HR person as good at the job as she was. Not sure if she still works there now but if she does don’t let her leave because she is the best there is.
