I worked at Flower Mound kehe, and first, this place is infested with rats. Expect to get treated like a slave. Management monitors the amount of times the restroom is use and the time it takes a person in the bathroom. There is a high turn over rate of employees. There is no job security at this place. In one year I seen 8 supervisors get fire. 5 were my supervisors and 3 of my leads. Worst job experience evere

I worked for kehe in chino for half a year horrible company to work for majority of all the managers there show favortism no matter how good of a worker u are. YOU have no life they work u from morning till night and when its slow they send u home cause they don't need u. There's a lot of unprofessional supervisors there with no schooling of any kind. Can't even spell to arms an email.

Who knows what really goes on behind closed doors. Used to be a great environment where people were told where the company stood and what was being done to make things better. Former Director was honest and always had time to answer questions and get to know his employees. After he left the new guy that took his job didn’t even come close to being as good. I don’t know about anything going on in the company outside of the warehouse I work in.

Horrible favoritism, if your a new employee no matter how hard you work or how good of a job you do, they will only notice your 1 mistake oUT of 1000 things you do right, very unorganized and poorly managed and the manager treat you well if they like you not based on work performance very unprofessional.

Terrible they apply the rules only to employees that they don't like, and the favorites receive no disipline, plan on having no life and no time with your family.

It is possible that the older or original facilities have a good or great environment. But our company was gobbled up as was two others where. So the employees from these smaller companies just had to grin and bare it. Definitely a few advantages, but the growing pains are abundant. And some of them have seen no signs of easing. Some good employees. But after a few years, I still haven't "Bought in" to the "KeHE Prime Objective." Whatever that may be. Possibly devide and conquer with stock splits? Witch is fine, but come across with an Honest motive. Not Rhetoric. Which in all fairness, a lot of companies do so.
