You get a raise every 3 months .50. The people are there to help you succeed if your not good at something they will work with you. Everyone for the majority helps out and they are team players great place to make a career.

Weekend work is not communicated until the day before. Good training available if you are willing to jump through hoops. Overall moral is very low, almost as low as the pay.

Machine operator, assembly line, final inspector (Former Employee) –  Greenfield, INFebruary 27, 2018
For the most part it was a good place to work. Wages was not the best. Most of the jobs were not hard some fast pace. Employees were all pretty to work with.

As a manufacturing environment, a great place to learn new skills and utilize your own self-driven abilities.
Software Developer (Former Employee) –  Indianapolis, INFebruary 13, 2018
I performed a software development role. Hours were sometimes excessive, particularly when setting-up a new assembly line or processes. I learned a great deal, not having manufacturing background or experience. There are some very talented, experienced individuals. The plant manager where I worked most of the time was excellent, and genuinely cared about a work/life balance, in addition to quality output. Be wary of co-workers who may not give management a good assessment of your worth, as they can be competitive and intimidated by your experience. Management at the headquarters level unfortunately easy to manipulate for those who were coy and had less-than-admirable personal career goals. Overall, a good experience.
Pros
Great learning opportunity; some excellent workforce talent
Cons
Your skills may be misrepresented to unwitting-management, leaving you in a defensive position.

Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Capac, MIDecember 17, 2017
I left Keihin because I wasn't getting enough hours. They cut everybody's hours down. People can't live on a 32 hour paycheck. My co-workers were awesome to work with! I had no problem with my Coordinators, I just needed a 40 hour plus a week paycheck.
Pros
Co-workers
Cons
Lack of work

Working long hours on your feet. It is a very fast paced job that allows very little room for mistakes. The workers who had been at the job for a long time were very friendly to the temporary workers and always willing to help when I had questions.

Able to work on own, at one time education was given, management started changing a lot. At one point didn't have a supervisor. Lots of changes had been made and didn't know if there was true job security. IT didn't want to make the changes needed to be able to do job.
Pros
Great Benifits

Great Once / But now not so much
Manager (Former Employee) –  NCAugust 9, 2017
Was once a thriving facility and company but due to unsavory corporate practices, it is hard for administration to be productive due to multiple layers of redundancy caused by corporate interference. Great people to work with at the plant level and very fast-paced environment. Very good environment for entry-level personnel as there will be much to learn from well built manufacturing practices. Benefits and pay were average for the area and work-life balance was decent. Corporate management is less than desirable to work with and no long-term earning potential.
Pros
Good people to work with at plant level
Cons
Management is less than desirable and communication is poor
