Hop in your car. Follow your daily schedule. Drive to the one of your many daily destinations. Merchandise or go over sales for the store. Leave product in store presentable and ready for customers Then, off to the next store.

Great company that serves a vital purpose. People are what make the difference at Kellogg--everyone is exceptionally nice, caring, and open. While the company has faced some challenging times in the past, it seems to me that it's in a great position now with a very bright future.

this is by far the worst managed facility I've ever seen, management actively fights amongst themselves and throws employees under the bus for their lack of results, the problem is the supervisors are all hacks and spend all day trying to one-up the other supervisors, the maintenance group is underfunded but has really talented tradesman, the operators are not trained at all and expected to know their machines on day one, long hours and multiple forced shifts, 7 days a week most of the time
Caterer/Server in Pomona, CA

When I catered, it wasn't too bad. There were occasional bad days, but some days were fairly easy. It also depends on who you work with at the time of the shift as well, since you may get paired with people you enjoy being around, or the one(s) you'd rather not wish to see, or sometimes both.
Casual Production Employee in Pikeville, KY

Awful place to work. No chance for promotion and very inconsistent work hours. I went an entire month without working a single day. Management never was clear on what was to be done.
