The 12 hour shifts are on select lines, u "bid' for that schedule and work 3 days one week and 4 days the next opposite days 12 hours each day or 16 if you sign up or get drafted for overtime

Diversity. They speak to Kellogg values and developing people internally - that was not my experience. Very male dominated.
