It used to be a simple urine test. Now we're using urine, hair and saliva. The three of these tests are done on a rotating basis. Applicant #1 may get saliva test while #2 gets a hair test and so on. Some refer to it as a Russian roulette drug test. No way to know what your going to get. This goes for current employees as well. If you get hired they could test you 1 or 2 times a year. Lotta druggies out there. Oh yeah, they've started checking for smokers too. If you smoke it will bump up your I insurance rate. If you don't smoke you get about a 10% decrease in what they take out. If you smoke they CANT FIRE YOU. Smoking isn't illegal. Good luck!

I think more companies should test and also do at least every 6 months a year for the Safety of the employee and the others around that employee. Kellogg does do a drug test when hired.
