Need to be able to work swing shift. It can be hard if you have a family. Some days are smooth, some are terrible. Pay is good, benefits is good. Decent people to work with

Company has great benefits but very demanding

Working swing shifts and mandatory unexpected 12hr shifts had taken a toll on me after 6 yrs. This company offers great benefits but consumes alot of your life. Very difficult to get promoted

Great benefits

Poor management, difficult promotion process

A Great place to work, good benefits and great pay. Lots of room to advance with the company. Management and hr are there to help whenever you need it.

Swing shift

Working swing shift is hard. But the pay is decent. It’s who you know on getting your promotions. Understaffed. Management is out of touch with what goes on and how bad it is sometimes

Benefits pay

Understaffed. Old way of thinking

Good pay..Bad work/life balance

I have worked at Kellogg for 8 years. It's alot of nepotism and the buddy system. No appreciation from Management. I think its the worst place I've ever worked. And also its rotation shifts weekly and 12 hour weekends.

Depends on who you know

This is a company with great pay and benefits but to move up its on who you know. I was placed on step speaking my mind to another that thought he was God because he keeps his nose up management behind.

Great place to work if it wasn’t for the shifts

Pay & benefitsMy pay and benefits at Kellogg Company are exceptional. You can make a lot of money at Kellogg. The only downfall is the swing shift. Changing shifts every week is difficult.

Good for entering factories

To me this job is only good for people who haven’t worked on factories before. The management was horrible hours sucked and a lot of the rules are unnecessary

Almost everything

Some good management, some bad, very corporate environment. Bad hours. Good pay

Some good management who look out for the employees. While some management don’t care who you are or what you do, or who the walk all over as long as they get what they want. The schedule is a swing shift so hours suck if you are a social person. With all that being said the pay is good, 90% of your co workers are down to earth and positive.

Kellogg Jackson

A typical day at work starts with team meeting and Daily Directional Setting. The Teams direction changes during the day based on business needs. Changes occur on a regular basis. Breaks and lunches are based on the people working in your area

Technicians are established and have years of service, They are willing to teach you what you need to know, benefits are decent, paid vacation

Long hours with good benefits

This is a swing shift job. You work one week of first shift, Starting on Saturday and ending the following Friday. Mon-Fri. of the next week is second shift. Then the following Monday night starts your third shift week. You work all the way through til Sunday, these are eight hour shifts, unless they make you do overtime. The weekend, (Sat,Sun) is always twelve hours. So if you are good with swing shift and don't mind working seven days straight, this job is just for you. They do offer good benefits, 401k, PTO time and all that.

Good pay ,good benefits ,not a people oriented business , rotating shift work can be difficult, promotions are hard to get. You can be fired for any reason.

Benefits for employees

They should have benefits for employees who have worked there for a while and vacation days also be able to take a longer break because it's hot in the factory, could have more fans or something to cool people off cause we sweat a lot while we work, take better care of employees, check people bags, better security, more people who are gonna work

Free food

Better benefits for employees

It used to be a great place to work.

I worked for Procter and Gamble for 14 years before Kellogg bought us out. I worked for them for 5 years. I have never witnessed the morale or culture of a place go downhill so fast. If you want a job that has decent pay go here. Just don't plan on making a career out of it.

It ok but it should pay staff management more money per hour and then when everything down it first come first serve so it most like u want work if there nothing available
