The most useful review selected by IndeedThis was my first job as being a dba, so I am greatful to them for hiring me without any experience. Learned a lot and worked hard to proof myself. The team lead was a great personality, very demanding but helpful.

Productive, Fun, encouraging and discouraging
Virtual call center advisor (Former Employee) - Remotely in My Home in West Virginia - February 5, 2023
Human resource availability was poor for this project. I felt as if I was alone. Email was the main communication between us, however communication was more one sided in that they could send email to my personal email but when I needed to send an important email to them it was scrutinized and nearly blocked. As I stated I felt alone out on a limb ready to fall off hanging on for dear life. I felt uneasy and unimportant most of the time

Reticle runner (Current Employee) - Hillsboro, OR - February 4, 2023
Three days on and then four days off every other week is definitely a plus. It leaves a lot of time to spend with family or so things you enjoy. The other week is good too. Minimum three days off

Great job if you need flexibility.
Substitute Teacher (Current Employee) - Orlando, FL - January 31, 2023
Kelly is a great company to work for. I love that I can work the days I choose and select schools that work best for me. We’re paid every Friday, never any issues.

Customer Care Professional (Former Employee) - Ocala, FL - January 31, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Consistency, they have set practices in place but are open to change and listening to their employees. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The amount of work for the pay scale. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? I can’t speak to their office environment as I worked remote. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Depends on the type of shift you work some days feel longer than others due to call volume or task related to said position you work.

Substitute Teacher (Former Employee) - Opelika, AL - January 30, 2023
Low pay! And they don’t pay you some times for your service. Beware because one complaint can cost your entire job EVEN when it’s not true! Don’t work here!
Pros
Flexible
Cons
Cancel Assignments without investigation, low pay

Substitute Teacher (Current Employee) - Birmingham, AL - January 27, 2023
I love being a substitute teacher, some schools are hand on and you do get the opportunity to teach kids. I have no issues with them and would continue to work with them

It's good for a starting work from home job
Technical Support Representative II (Former Employee) - Remote - January 27, 2023
If you stay dedicated you can get paid good money. Be careful with the computers they send as I had 3 bad ones, which caused me to miss almost a month of work with how long they took to get replacements.

Engineers and co workers work closely to guide projects along
Electrical Hardware Technician Mid level (Former Employee) - Hillsboro, OR - January 24, 2023
I worked at intel in Hillsboro Oregon. It is nearly impossible to get hired on at intel permanently. I did enjoy working at intel. I would recommend it for anyone who enjoys working in a technical field. Kelly services took good care of me. I was paid fairly and, I used the medical and dental benefits. They were always helpful to answer my questions on pay and benefits. I didn’t worry about losing my job, as I was treated respectfully and as competent. I would happily work for Kelly Services again if they ever needed me.
Pros
Great work life balance
Cons
Sad when your contract ends

Joy and Pain
Substitute Teacher (Current Employee) - Alabama - January 24, 2023
Subbing is a mixed bag at any school. The platforms used to schedule are easy to use and very helpful. The pay is not worth eight hours of caring for students. The pay range is from 100-220 a day. I'm not sure who gets the 220 a day.
Pros
Great Apps and Training
Cons
Poor pay

Good experience for future teachers, but they treat you like trash
Substitute Teacher K-12 (Former Employee) - Clay County, FL - January 24, 2023
The kids and schools were mostly amazing. I worked here while I was also doing my teaching field experience 3 days a week. I accidentally mixed up my subbing and teaching experience and missed a day. I called them back, but they terminated me. I had awesome reviews at schools and a stellar record. They will throw you away for just one mistake. You are nothing but a number to them. Also, there is almost no real training.
