The management, work environment are good. Nice building with a deli. The hardest part of the job, unless you know and have experience in the duties required, is not enough training. Taking on two smaller companies in such a short time caused a culture where employees did not know what to expect day to day or whom to seek guidance as there was such high turn over and no one left who knew the systems.
