You ate given a book of business to maintain and upsell. .odt of the job is collecting premuims sometimes in dangerous areas. If a customer does not pay your commission goes down. Nice people in the office

Awful work ethics here. They don’t care about the quality of your work or service, as long as you’re closing enough exposures. This position was so incredibly stressful for me due to the sheer about of work but honestly, management understands that the workload is unmanageable. They just don’t care how you handle your file, as long as you close it quickly and don’t put our insured 100% at fault.

Poor infrastructure, tunnel vision, lack of support, poor training and cross training and diminishment of customer and employee value make for constant layoffs, inconsistencies , doi complaints, work overload and finally. Burnout.

There have been many changes throughout the company. There is not much security and development provided. Overall, I'd say that direct management cares, but it get lost in translation as the ranks goes higher. It's a complete disconnect.

Enjoyed working here and servicing clients. Can definitely be a challenge while trying to grow your book of already established business of individuals with very low income. But the benefits of having a family and home outside of your home was the best part. Management not great but you manage your own territory so as long as you're collecting on your book and growing that book consistently, it's a very rewarding and esteem building career. Especially for the new agent
