Charge backs.
Giving an agent a chargeback when they did not write the policy, but stepped into the agent position and took over the book of business.
I don't believe it is good business or ethical to charge an agent on something they never earned.
Collection pay should not be considered in chargeback, this is another part of our job that we use our own vehicle and gas to take care of the current client.

Yearly evaluations occur in February. Raise take effect April. You are usually fighting for 1-3%. Managers have a bucket to give raises from. Not everybody gets a raise or is it distributed equally.

Sick and tired dealing with incompetence between upper Management/Director. Too much of trying to intimidate employees instead of helping new employees succeed. This Company deflates you physically/mentally.

Whether you are exempt or non-exempt you earn 5+ hours of PTO (sick and vacation time) per paycheck. So if you are sick and miss several days at the beginning of the year before the time is accrued you will get written up
