Adhere to a schedule and hire managers that are smart not self-absorbed. A manager does not have a meltdown for fixable problems, on a weekly basis. Problem solving ability and getting more involved on a corporate level regularly.

I would provide a more understanding HR team. I know that in my previous location, many of the sales associates reached out to district managers and the HR team about issues in the store and nothing was done to help solve the problem. This resulted in a lot of girls feeling unheard in the company.
