Talk to employees and not just a few. Some will be clueless but some know what really goes on there at Solon. Do not trust the the face that is worn by management all the time.

Corporate to visit plants more often and go out to shop floor employees and talk with them without management being on your heels. Employees have been told in the past to not talk with anyone outside of their plant. A kind word goes a long way.
