Absolutely terrible. It's a toxic environment and don't let them fool you. They say they care about the dogs, customers and employees but in all actuality, they don't. All they want and care about is money.

You need to be at least 16 years old.

You technically dont get "sick" days. If you call out you lose pay or are forced to use (for full time employees past 1y of employment) PTO days.
And if some one calls out they short staff what ever department and dont care If they run behind.

Teir running the good employees out and coddling the terrible ones. They do not treat anyone fair. They are in it for the profit. And employees that know what's going on at corporate are saying 5-10 years before they close for good.
