What is it like to work at Kensington School?

High expectations, not many benefits
Written by Teacher (Former Employee) from Illinois on January 10, 2018
Most of the people working there were wonderful, as were the families that used the school. There were expectations that you provided things for your classroom (on low pay), worked on your "breaks", and attend many functions/meetings on weekends/evenings. Also, the "uniform" was a white collared shirt (that you buy). Not a smart choice when working - more ... with small children. - less
ProsWonderful people
ConsNo paid plan times, expensive healthcare offered, no retirement benefits
