Besides paid sick days and paid holidays, all full-time, permanent employees will accrue vacation hours every quarter. For example, a full-time Lead Teacher can accrue 1 week paid vacation each year. After being with Kensington 3 years, this increases to 2 weeks paid vacation. Lastly, after 6 years of being employed by Kensington, paid vacation increases to 3 weeks paid vacation.

Answered by Kensington School

The vacation policy is dependent on your status. Full time employees earn both vacation and sick time per quarter. Paid time off/holiday pay increases as you increase with time at Kensington School, as most companies.
