Pay increases are at 3 percent. It is all up to management on what you really receive. If they decide that certain employees deserve more, they take %'s from other employees. There is a good ole boys atmosphere at work, and prefentiel treatment /buddy list is practiced throughout. Upper management look down on everyone beneath them. Not a good place to work.

I work there for three years. It's a joke. Pay raises not a raise its more like pennies. Don't waste your time. Especially in full service in Irving.

Please realize even though the ad says your pay will increase when training is completed it doesn't. At this time they tell you you have to wait another 90 days.

For a machine operator you get 0-5% raise. It’s based on your performance. Everybody get 2 or 3%. About a 50cent raise a year. The benefits are good and cheap

Received a pay raise 90 days after starting (although I was over qualified. Not sure if every branch offers raise that early).

Annual reviews in February which sometimes offered 20-50 cent raise
