Dishonest company

Key lime air does not pay their employees overtime after 40 hours. The employees are constantly lied to and treated very poorly. It is a hostile work environment.

Small company that is expanding
Charter Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Centennial, COApril 22, 2019
While working for a smaller, successful company you need to be adaptable to changes and accept them into your daily SOPs. If you can do this, you will learn and grow with a company that will support you. Aviation is not for everyone but if you like to be challenged every day, then this is the job for you.

Poor work enviroment
Flight Attendant (Former Employee) –  CenntennialDecember 14, 2018
If you're looking to get into aviation, I would highly advise to look somewhere else. The training is very poor and the lead flight attendant is very rude and pretentious. The company seems to be based on favoritism. The unnecessary drama and lack of communication from upper management, is not worth the pay. This company does not offer any flight benefits which is a huge incentive and the reason why most get into the industry. They sadly only favor their pilots.

No flight benefits

Very good option for pilots looking to improve aviation skills and techniques
Captain, PA-31 Piper Navajo/ SA-227 Metroliner (Former Employee) –  Denver, COJuly 3, 2013
The basis of this company is a great way for aviators to see what their skills as a pilot con provide. With older retired aircraft that require a great deal of skill to operate, it brings a new technical understanding of what your training and skills sets really provide you. The scheduling is very tough to conform to due to long days and weekends with very little time spent at your home base.

Do not work here
Flight Dispatcher (Former Employee) –  Englewood, COJuly 3, 2012
By far the worst aviation company ever. Management is awful. Employees are forced to work an insane amount of hours. Most pilots and mechanics are good people.
