Depends on the branch. Stressful mostly because they tend to run very lean staffing. Hard to take breaks. Upper Management is overworked and you get very little support. They tend to hire very young managers with no experience so there is high turnover.

Yes, but you have to pay a lot of money for the medical benefits, and they are terrible. There is a large amount of money deducted from your paycheck, and the benefits are a high-deductible plan. Very terrible considering the age we live in.
