As with almost all financial institutions you are looking about two weeks from offer date to first day. There is background checking, fingerprinting, drug testing, etc that has to be completed and that takes a little bit of time. The "Key" is to stay on top of the emails that advise you as to the next steps and get them done ASAP, don't wait. Many are also time sensitive so if you miss a step there is a great chance you will lose your offer of employment.
