Terrible. In the last quarter we lost an operations leader, a bank manager, an Area Retail leader, a personal banker, a float teller, a part time teller. This is only in Area V which is comprised of I think its 10 - 12 branches. Ask which branch you are applying for before you apply. The other areas seem fine.
Answered
Terrible people are leaving left and right especially in the Area V area. Ask what area you will be working in before you apply. In the last month we lost are ARL, Operations Leader and a personal banker.
Answered
Depends on the branch. Stressful mostly because they tend to run very lean staffing. Hard to take breaks. Upper Management is overworked and you get very little support. They tend to hire very young managers with no experience so there is high turnover.
