The work we do is important not only to individuals but families. Keystone is a treatment facility helping patients achieve sobriety using the 12 step program. The facility itself is outdated but the program is outstanding. The work environment is friendly and team oriented. Management is helpful.

Keystone has a good spirit where patients show cooperation toward the new patients causing them less fear and apprehension. Food was acceptable but in a rotation that was too repetitive and high in carbohydrates. Employees eat free. Staffings were professional. Groups were conducted with patients free to discuss problems and concerns. Excessive focus on monetary budgeting. Raises were annual and small. Comeraderie was close between Admin, patients, counselors, medical staff, and supporting personnel. I left to follow my wife's career in another city in South Dakota. Was proud to be a staff member.

Keystone is a dysfunctional place. The staff bullies each other and management doesn’t have a clue. They will take advantage of their employees and not see it as a bad thing. They frequently brake rules and regulations for the bottom their dollar.

Was a Keystone family and an employee was important to grow the facility. Keystone is dirty and very out of date. This location is focused on quantity not quality. Keystone Treatment Center used to be a family atmosphere and cared about all employees and patients. The marketing staff sells programs to referrals that don’t exist. The management doesn’t know what they really have as programs. The receptionist is trying to be a counselor with out any education. This facility has become very dysfunctional and allows the staff to intimidate and bully to get their way.
I like to bring high energy and a good attitude to work daily but I'd say 80 percent of keystone employees are grumpy and or looking for another job, fact . And I'm sorry to have to say that but it's true and it doesn't have to be that way , unfortunately it is.
