Management needs help

Overall minimum complaints but management was incredibly disorganized with onboarding/training. Constant confusion amongst them, took forever to hear back.

Not the same place it once was.

Alot of change at Keystone. Although many staff care deeply about doing their job and care about each other. There is a lack of support and understanding from upper management. More about making money than providing quality care.
