Turnover rates are high at all of their facilities. I worked at Allentown and there were 50 or more new employees through the temp agency every day. I had no idea who worked there and who didn't.

Turnover is indicative of looking for the right people to fill the last 50 spots. Management takes a genuine interest in making the work environment a great place to work. The company has grown from 150 employees last year to over 400 this year, must be doing something right!
Very High, all the locations complaints are the same.

It is horrible! New groups being trained constantly and very few stay.. Impossible odds!
