Kiddie Academy is a awesome place of employment, we have wonderful welcoming mangement staff, and we support each other. We always have everything we need, we can come to work and it feels like home.

Stressful and overwhelming
Working at kiddie academy has it ups and most of all their downs, I am there because I love the kids and the majority of the employees that work there.

Kids were fun but management was iffy
I worked there for over 2 years and while it was fun at times, it wasn't worth it. The kids were fun but management was iffy. Never knew if you were getting a lunch that day because of how understaffed we were. No help in the classrooms.

terrible
The new ownership of Kiddie Academy of Rancho Cucamonga had to have been the worst I have ever had the displeasure of working under. I’ve had my fair share of bad childcare jobs in my life, but this one takes the cake. The new management are entirely rude and speak to the staff -that have been through a LOT, as if we are children who don’t have a clue..when we were the ones keeping every parent happy. The people in management do NOT listen to their teachers and blatantly do not care about them. I highly do NOT recommend working for - or bringing your child to Kiddie Academy of Rancho Cucamonga.

Low pay for the stress you feel
I took this job because of my love for kids and how close this location was to my house but this had been an awful experience. High turnover rate for employees, and when new employees are hired they are placed in the rooms they want not the rooms that need new teachers. Management will please the parents for anything and everything, even if it means letting a child who has aged out of a room stay extra weeks because the parents don’t want their child to move up. Broken supplies are not given even when asked repeatedly for weeks. Admin repeat that they are there to help you but when you need help they tell you that they know it’s hard but you have to keep going. Pay is not good. Lots of employees who work here do so because of a child care discount. The only good things are weekends off.
