The main thing is you must understand what your job description is. You must work at the front counter, you must be able to answer phones, you must be able to be in the baby room sometimes, you must be able to use the intercom system to call out games and children's names when it's time to go and when it's their time to eat. Shy people or people who are not willing to do every task should not apply. It only makes the team weaker. Be motivated, and willing to do every single description above. Otherwise you'll just hold back the team and make them weaker. I've seen too much of this at my center over the years. People who cannot complete every single task and really should never have applied.

Long. Something that could be done in 30min they stretch out longer. For no reason.
