The HR was horrible to be around she was SO unprofessional and as long as they have that type of atmosphere I wouldn’t want to go back. On the other hand my CNA and nurses were awesome everyone was so helpful I loved working with them round me

The first day I started working here I had no proper training. No one gave me an orientation to show me around the building or any type of guidance. My first day I was being trained by an agency cna and she was just as lost as I was. The next day I wasn’t trained by anyone. I was thrown into the job. No one even had the decency to show me the break room. The people who were nice to me ended up turning on me and ignoring me my whole shift and won’t care to help you either. The care is horrible for the patients due to lack of staffing and the employees not caring. The lack of staffing and high turn over rate is because of the way the management is with their employees. This job isn’t worth the bad pay or the headache. If you want to work in a facility that will stress you out so bad you will end up with health issues then this it the place for you. I don’t know how this place is still up and running.

This facility is severely understaffed and has been for months. There is no concern from management for lack of employees or supplies to actually do your job. You will be required to do the work of 2 to 3 and dont dare speak up about it because then you'll have a target on your back and they will move swiftly to get rid of you. This place is a joke DO NOT WORK HERE OR PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO PROPERLY CARE FOR THE RESIDENTS NOR DO THEY CARE.
