If you were in charge, what would you do to make Kimball Midwest a better place to work?
Honestly, its more little quirks on my end...the way new accounts are set up and billing customer a credit. Like, I said, its just little quirks that bother me but, in no way a deal breaker of the way things are done.
It was what you made of it. If you went with a bad attitude you had a bad day. If you went out pumped up you had a good day.
*They ask me about my past work experience
* How did I work in a team and individual environment
* What are my weakness in work
*What are my strengths in work
* Was I able to do to the job requirements for the position I applied for.
* How did I feel if I see someone was not working as hard as me or not working at all.
Worst experience ever. I was required to drive out of state 3 times including 2 days of riding along and actually cold calling on businesses. I also spent 1 week training online. I was not paid any salary for working or mileage reimbursement.
9 hour days so that you can have every other Friday off. Not all departments participate in this
I enjoy telling people I worked for Kimball Midwest .They do a lot of things the old fashioned.
