I would sit with normal employees from sales reps to entry-level employees to middle management and try to understand work and life challenges at their level. I think at times there is a disconnect with tenured employees at high levels within this organization that do not understand what daily work challenges are like TODAY vs. 15-20 years ago. We've doubled our sales every 5 years so the day to day lives of employees and workloads are completely different than they used to be. I think we need more people to reduce workload or, compensate employees appropriately for an increased workload -- these jobs are much more involved than they used to be.
