Account Manager (Current Employee) – Atwater, CA – May 2, 2013
A lot of driving your own vehicle, you run into really nice potential customers and really rude mean potential customers. Management is can be a little more helpful. You don't work with co-workers on sight, but a lot of phone calls to corporate and the distribution centers and they are all really nice people. Hardest part is hitting the goals they give you. The most enjoyable is you are your own boss and you meet new people everyday.
They take care of all your expenses when you attend trainings, Flexible Schedules, be your own boss
If you don't perform you won't succeed, They expect alot out of their employees, very little help when needed
Has sales people compete with each other for business in the same area
Territory Manager (Current Employee) – San Antonio, TX – April 17, 2018
Company takes no risk in their employees. You pay for everything you need and split the loss if a customer doesn’t pay. You do get paid for well for you sales if you keep the margins up, but it’s a constant battle.
