No support from management. Constant inconsistency, I'm a head teacher and my children and partner get moved around on a regular basis due to staffing issues and constant need for coverage. Lack of communication.

Kindercare is not a great company to work for. It was too chaotic, poor management, n time for curriculum, the center was obsessed with transitioning kids all day and poor support and team work.

The kids are wild and rude. The staff is unprofessional and clicky. They are young in their early twenty’s and don’t communicate well with new staff members. The director gives new workers only need to know information then gossips with other younger co-workers
