Everyone mostly can't wait for Friday 6:30 pm when you can forget the company for a weekend. Everyone detests going to PRofessional Development Day.
There are some centers that have a close team, but mostly, it's catty. But they love the kids and their families. While some are just disillusioned of what nurturing kids are, however, I wish they understood the greed and stinginess of the corporate world. If you enjoy being a teacher and a janitor when your shift ends, go for it. Centers who are close knit have struck gold, most centers are a "I'm the boss; I am your God, you work FOR me. I do not work with you." Klc in quality has gone down the drain. God bless dedicated teachers who are a dying breed. And the process for families just keep getting ridiculously higher and higher. Even middle class family are hurt by this due to heir financial situation .
