The Sandy Springs Ga office is the worst. They give you a schedule at noon expect a full production day in half the hours . Do not waste your time. If you want to be over worked underpaid this is the place for you . If you love missing out on family time to chart over and over based on QA personal preference this is the place for you !

Yes they pay you. We chart our mileage on our IPads that they provide. It’s a lot easier to keep up with that way and when you do your aide visit report documenting everything that you did for that client you also document mileage. So we don’t haft to worry about it being turned in late.

I’ve been with Kindred for 10 years as a therapist. For the first 4 years I worked for Kindred, I receive a small annual raise (although below the yearly cost of living increase). After that last raise, it’s been 6 years since I’ve had any sort of raise - and 6 years without an annual review. How crazy is that? Talk about legal liability...
