Every day on the job was a typical rehab department in SNF environment. High but manageable caseload and productivity standards. Great co-workers and nice rehab gym.

Where to start...High turnover, low pay, poor management, unorganized, high turnover, worker burn out, long time awesome and loyal employees fired or forced to quit/retire for no apparent reason other than to pay new grads less money and burn them out. Unorganized, no respect for other people's time, high turnover, poor management at all levels, workplace culture of - you will be replaced. Productivity over everything else including quality. Poor staff training. Don't waste your time.

Employees underpaid and no raises. Then in April 2020, during the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, they “temporarily” cut all employees pay by 10%. I found work elsewhere after the pay cut so I do not know if they ever gave that 10% back.
