Physical Therapist Spotlight

Join Phillip in a rewarding career as a PT.

Phillip, a physical therapist in an acute rehab unit, loves his job because of the progress he sees from his patients. He says working with patients in vulnerable states is the most rewarding because you help them gain enough independence to get home. “We’re always tying patient progress to function, and how it fits into their life at home,” explains Phillip. He says every day is hard work, but seeing patients go home with a smile on their face is what motivates him to go to work every day.

Occupational Therapist Spotlight

Join Emily in a rewarding career as an OT.

As an Occupational Therapist in a Kindred Hospital, Emily works with patients who have two goals -- to recover as fully as possible and then return home. To help them meet those goals can be challenging, but also fulfilling.

Speech-Language Pathologist Spotlight

Join Stephanie in a rewarding career as an SLP.

Stephanie is a Rehab Director and she is always amazed by the progression she sees patients make. “I’m passionate about what I do because I get to see change.” Stephanie explains that with long-term acute care, you get to see patients for a longer amount of time and you see them go from minimal function to fully walking and talking.
