Less than an hour, to the point, I did most of the talking, got hired at a wage 4$ better an hour than the other hospitals I was applying to. I'm blessed.

Northland Kansas City MO; RN-LPN-CNA shift 7a-7:30p, 7p-7:30a. Shift report is done per patient while walking the halls. Quick pace, busy, short staffed, stressful. Nights are active like day shift. Required a 30 minute lunch cannot clock back in a minute early, get kicked off system. Self scheduling allows you to schedule yourself but changes occur. Shifts you want can get denied or cancelled last minute. Set schedules are hard to get approved. Back breaking and overworked.

Very hostile and negative environment. There is no teamwork amongst management. People are constantly throwing others under the bus for their own personal gain. It's sad to see adults behave this way.

Depends on how many hours you work a week. The PTO is front loaded, so you don't earn it per pay period. It starts off full at the beginning of the year. They make you manage your own PTO
